Preschool Director
Position: Preschool Director
Classification: Part-time/hourly, 29 hours per week, August-May
Hours: 7:45 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
Compensation: $20.50/hour
Job Summary
The GREFC Preschool Director, under the direction and leadership of the GREFC Elder Board, develops, implements, and oversees the overall mission, vision, strategy, staffing, and administrative elements for all programs, activities, and educational aspects related to the Preschool at GREFC. The Preschool Director is likewise responsible for the spiritual guidance, training, continuing education, and licensing requirements for the Preschool teachers, staff, and substitutes. The Director also will seek to support and connect with parents, students, and their families with the greater GREFC community, assist the teachers as necessary and able, and prepare the annual registration and monthly payment processes. This role also includes administrating and facilitating program time in the afternoons for the full day program, including classroom activities and some teaching. The Aide role will be available for support.

Preschool Teacher Assistant/Aide
Position: Preschool Teacher Assistant/Aide

Hours: 8:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
Compensation: $18.03/hour
Job Summary
The Teacher Assistant/Aide role is to support the classroom through physical preparation and planning, as well as to support the daily learning experience of all students.
